Meet the founder

Stacey Robinson

Stacey is a menopause coach, educator, and workplace menopause trainer who works with women leaders and organizations.

She created Menopause Strategy Partners because too many capable women are left trying to interpret significant changes in sleep, cognition, energy, mood, and confidence without clear language or meaningful support.

At work, those changes may be misunderstood as a performance problem, disengagement, or diminished ambition. Stacey helps women understand what is happening while helping workplaces respond more knowledgeably and effectively.

Why this work exists

Menopause should not quietly cost a woman her confidence or career momentum

Support works best when it addresses both the individual experience and the environment in which that experience is unfolding.

01

Understanding

Give women and workplaces clear language for experiences that are often minimized, hidden, or misinterpreted.

02

Practical support

Turn information into realistic strategies, conversations, workplace practices, and next steps.

03

Forward movement

Help women protect what they have built while helping organizations retain valuable experience and talent.

Training and perspective

Specialized menopause education with a practical business lens

Stacey's work draws on menopause-specific training, coaching practice, entrepreneurship, facilitation, and lived understanding. She is committed to clear scope, evidence-informed education, and referring clients to appropriate medical or workplace professionals when an issue falls outside coaching or training.
